Shipping Policy

Lead Times:

KLASSIK collection:
All orders for products in our KLASSIK collection will be shipped within three (3) working days after the order has been placed and full payment has cleared, if the product is in stock.

Should the product not be in stock and only “Available on Backorder”, the order will be added to the waiting list and shipped as soon as they are completed. This could take between four (4) and six (6) weeks.

Weddings and Accessories:
All orders for products in our “WEDDINGS AND ACCESSORIES” collection are made to order due to the custom nature of these products. These orders will be shipped within 16 working days after the order has been placed and full payment has cleared.

Footwear:
All orders for footwear will be shipped within three (3) working days after the order has been placed and full payment has cleared, if the particular product is in stock.

Should the product not be in stock and only “Available on Backorder”, the order will be added to the waiting list and shipped as soon as they are completed. This could take between four (4) and six (6) weeks.

Order Tracking
Once the tracking number of your order was provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that there may be a delay of one or two working days after the order was collected from our premises before the parcel reflects on the carriers’ system.

Shipping Rates

Domestic Shipments:
We charge a fixed rate of R104 per order for all domestic deliveries, except for overnight couriers or larger orders which may be more than R104.

International Shipments:
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to abort your order if you wish. If you prefer to use your own couriers, please email us at info@edenleatherco.com and we will gladly assist you.

Back Orders:
If an item goes on back order we will do our best to ship it to you as soon as possible. We will, however, keep you updated of the process. When the item becomes available we will ship it immediately.
